FIRST MEETING

“We met for the very first time when we were both backpacking in Rome, Italy in 2010. Chelsea couldn’t find her hostel.”

“We both made each other laugh, a lot, and had fun together.”

THE PROPOSAL

“We got engaged on the 12th of January 2018 at Henschke Winery in the Barossa Valley amongst the ‘Hill of Grace’ vineyards. Ella was very surprised in a good way. She of course, cried. Dane was quietly confident she would say yes, but very happy once she did. Although once it was over, neither of us could remember what was said.”

THE BIG DAY

“We were both beyond excited for our wedding day. We had done all the planning, put in all the work, and we’re just ready to enjoy it. We both couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. Everything went smoothly and we wouldn’t change anything.

We had family from all over the world, who hadn’t been together in a long time, there to celebrate with us. We got lucky with the weather, especially in the afternoon.

The food and team at Sprout catering were amazing, the speeches were amazing, everything.

Some of our most memorable parts of the day include the ceremony, the photos with the Bridal Party, especially the golden hour when it was just the two of us, and the fact our family and friends were on the dance floor in between courses… and all night. Everything really.”
